Payment possible through Paypal, Ko-Fi and crypto with discount 10% (USDT, BTC, TON), sometimes accept gift through Steam.
Start working on a drawing only after 100% prepayment.
Payment plans are available from 200$ (50/50)
90% refund is possible only before drawing the sketch (if I have not started work, status is tracked on my board Trello).
50% refund is possible after the sketch, but before I start to draw line (status is tracked on my board Trello)
You cannot use drawings for resale or for a commercial purpose unless you have paid for this feature
I don't draw characters comissions without picture references. Otherwise, I am not responsible for the fact that you did not like the way I portrayed the character
You cannot make global edits after the sketch has been approved by you. Minor edits are accepted in adequate sizes after sketch. For example, change eye color, correct a defect. Such edits are OK, other edits must be paid separately.
The maximum period I must finish my artwork is 45 days. Usually this is about three weeks. If you have a specific deadline, please pay the appropriate acceleration clause and discuss this with me.
You cannot distribute my works without indicating my authorship, erase watermarks (only the buyer receives the version without watermark), signatures, use my works for training artificial intelligence.
The artist retains copyright to the created artwork and have the right to use all works for display in portfolio if the buyer has not paid for the privacy feature.
If you are silent for more than 24 hours, when your response is required to continue the work (for example, approval of a sketch), then the time to complete the work increases proportionally. If I do not receive a response within seven days, the deadline is accordingly pushed back by seven days.
The final work is delivered to the client in digital format (PNG).
Both parties agree to keep the order terms and any private information obtained during the collaboration confidential.
